The team had a busy weekend with a Baptism in the village of Twallo on Saturday, and then Sunday worship services in Anse-a-Galets and Boucan La Marre. With Pastor Pierre interpreting, Alfonso had the honor of preaching at both Sunday services. He said the services were "powerful, with many young people hungry for the Word". Christopher was a little under the weather on Sunday evening, which is not unusual given the physical demands of the trip, but Alfonso reported that he was feeling better on Monday, and the group was off (by boat) to the village of Plientsab, which is even more remote than Boucan La Marre. They had Monday evening service, spent the night, and then returned to Anse-a-Galets on Tuesday morning. The group reported that the trip was "awesome", although Alfonso's voice is pretty hoarse after preaching 4 messages in 3 days. They are looking forward to a multi-church crusade in Boucan La Marre this evening. We are so thankful for your prayers, as the trip is going extremely well, and we ask that you continue to pray for the team's health, safety and most importantly guidance as they continue to preach the Good News of Jesus Christ. Thank you and God bless.
